No improvements needed, everything was ok.

I loved the location of this hotel in the city center, across the road from a huge park where locals hang out. I enjoyed savoring a fresh juice there while sitting in the shade of big trees. the hotel is just a short walk away from Mataram Mall and the University. my room was situated at the back of the hotel and was very peaceful and quiet, a great respite from the busy public park. Lastly, I was impressed with the staff as they securely stored all my luggage on the day of my checkout.

Great weekend! We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy, with comfortable beds, and the breakfast was delicious. , we really enjoyed the central location, which made it easy to explore the city. The hotel also had a lovely pool where we could cool off after a long day of sightseeing.

That we could hear some noise from the street outside. Despite this, we still managed to get a good night's sleep.

During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the refreshing pool and the beautiful views of the surrounding area from my room. the staff were attentive and provided excellent service. the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the nearby attractions.

The state of the room I was given. Some of the facilities were aged and in need of repair.

She were very good too ensure everything was perfect for me. I originally booked the least expensive room but was actually surprised when I was upgraded to the most expensive room. The location of the hotel allowed me to immerse myself in the real culture of Lombok, with museums and temples nearby to learn about the island's religions and history. I highly recommend this hotel.
